Salon Policies

Arrival: Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your reserved time to allow yourself time to unwind, relax with a beverage, and catch up with your favorite publication.

Late Arrival: To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is more than 15 minutes late.

Children: Due to space limitations and the potentially dangerous equipment and chemicals used for services, we would prefer if you arrive for your reservation without your child(ren).  We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment should you arrive with your child(ren).

Cancellations: Cancellations or changes to reservations made with at least 24 hours notice allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests.  All changes to reservations with less than 24 hours notice carry a $20 fee.  Not showing up for an appointment without prior notice will result in a fee equivalent to the full value of the scheduled service.  All cancellation and change fees must be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.

If for any reason our team needs to cancel or change your reservation with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a $20 gift certificate waiting for you at the front desk for use on any salon service.  (This does not apply to courtesy calls to notify you that your stylist is running late.)

Payments:  We currently accept cash,  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Gift & Coupon Vouchers:  If you have dated gift or service certificates (IE Groupon) please use them before the expiration date.  Our policy is to allow you to book your appointment PRIOR to the expiration date up to two weeks depending on appointment availability.  Once the coupon has expired a voucher is worth the value that you paid for it, and may only be used for the service(s) that you purchased it for unless that service is no longer available.  Please READ the fine print of all Groupons as some vouchers may have limitations on dates or times as well as how often they may be used.  A No Show for a scheduled Groupon invalidates the coupon value so please call at least 24 hours ahead of time if you need to cancel.  Arriving any later than 15 minutes will require rescheduling as our staff are booked with other appointments following your service.

Gratuities: The G Spa does allow gratuities to be added to any credit card purchase.  We recommend a gratuity between 15% and 20%.  Please remember that when using a discount or coupon on services to tip on the  full service price.  Our desk staff will be glad to tell you how much a service is at its regular cost.  Please give your tip directly to your stylist as the front desk cannot hold the gratuities.

Returns/Refunds:The G Spa  proudly stands behind all products sold in our salon.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will happily apply the full purchase value to of the returned product to another product of your choice or refund the product purchase price.  Please make sure you have your receipt.

The team at The G Spa considers hairdressing an expression of artistic inspiration.  We celebrate the creativity and individuality of each member of The G Spa team.  If you are dissatisfied with any stylists’ artistic interpretation, please call us immediately to give us the opportunity to  work with you to achieve your satisfaction.  It may be something simple that can be quickly remedied.  Except in extreme cases, we will ask you to please give your original stylist a chance to get your hair exactly where you would like it.  Our team encourages you to try a service with whomever you like.  Our goal is for you to feel comfortable communicating with us. Please remember we cannot improve without your feedback.

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed.  However we will work tirelessly to ensure your satisfaction.  Service corrections are gladly taken care of gratis for up to seven (7) days from the date of your service.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will be kept on file for more than 60 days in order to provide additional services in the future..

Do we use cookies?

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
